Italeaf has a 84 % shareholding in GreenLed, which was incorporated into the Italeaf group in August 2012. GreenLed designs, develops and produces a smart LED lighting technology. The technology has a wide potential market, specifically for industrial operators and for public administration. The technology is a cost efficient way to retain a specific level of lighting. What makes it unique is its certified ability to work in extreme temperatures – which is important for example on industrial sites such as steel mills, glassmakers and cement plants, as well as in areas exposed to atmospheric agents. GreenLed is focused on two different kinds of products: industrial lighting and street lighting.
