Gratitude India was launched in 2004 with a unique mission to Empower Candidates in the process of Recruitment. Prior to Gratitude the hiring scenario was tilted towards the HR and Interviewer, thereby putting Candidates to their mercy in the selection process. This had led to corruption by some HR professionals and thousands of careers of Candidates were affected. Gratitude India chartered into the territory which no Recruitment consultancy would have dared to go.
