Green Power, Corp., is a California registered corporation with assembly center located in Southern California. We were the first company to have UL certification for direct retrofit replacement to any existing fluorescent lamps within a fixture. We are working with military, County governments and large accounts where our LED T8 lamps marketed. We have also taken on a Strategic Alliance Partnership with a US company who designs, constructs and operates photobioreactor systems which produce biomass from which bio-fuel and bio-chemical products can be produced. The Alliance agreement covers the production of special LED lamps to be used for 24 hour lighting to produce the algae from which the biomass is then produced. We expect to open a factory in Ho Chi Minh City, Viet Nam in 2014.
