We created goFIQ.com to give companies a chance to mould their service entirely around their customers. goFIQ.com came about when we found a gap in the social networking model. Consumer to consumer was covered well via blogs, forums and well known social media sites. Company to company was covered via other social media, awards, conferences and networking events. We found there was no medium out there to really allow the company to see itself through the eyes of its customers. We funnel Feedback, Ideas & Questions and allow the company to report in real-time & communicate effectively.
