GobbleBox is an application (Web, iOS, and Android) that lets users send messages TO a location. Anybody at that location will be able to read your message, no need to have followers. You can also read messages written to anywhere in the world. This can be accomplished by selecting from various sized areas of the world map. It can be used for any location-based event such as concerts, news, or natural disasters where you would want to send messages to a large population concentrated in a certain area. But in general, it can be used for any situation where you just want to exchange messages with people you don't necessarily know but want to target your message to a specific location (for example, you want to visit Paris, and want to chat with the locals there to learn more before you go).
