GLPigs is the name adopted by the Pre- Clinical Research Unit at Assaf Harofeh Medical Center, and as such is a non-profit making organization GLPigs - The Pre-Clinical Research Unit of Assaf Harofeh Medical Center - is located in the center of Israel, offering high standard services for research in Swine, Sheep, Goats, Rabbits and Rodents. The GLPigs facilities are accredited by ISRAC (the Israel Laboratory Accreditation Authority) as working in compliance with OECD-GLP principles. Their Pre-Clinical Research Unit conducts multidisciplinary GLP and non GLP studies.
