Global Services Associates (GSA) was founded by Roger A. Miller and Marilyn J. Barboza to provide United States educational equivalencies for people who have studied outside the US. People who studied outside the US can use GSA’s educational equivalences for admission to US colleges and universities; to apply to licensing agencies, such as accounting (CPA) boards; for employment and for military enlistment purposes. Global Services Associates (GSA) has been a member of the National Association of Credential Evaluation Services (NACES) since May 2000. NACES is an association of private foreign educational credential evaluation services committed to formulating and maintaining ethical standards in the field of foreign educational evaluation.
