GlitchPath is an online premortem that helps teams beat failure. Team members get 90 seconds to answer, “How will this project fail?” Using fuzzy string matching and natural language programming, GlitchPath sorts and ranks the team’s glitches into ten categories of failure. GlitchPath creates a “failure report,” which highlights top problems and allows people to get to the business at hand: finding solutions.
