Working our old jobs at Airbnb, we saw first-hand that the process of actioning feedback and resolving issues is arduous, unclear and time-consuming for managers and their direct reports. More specifically, elevating issues can be hard, and knowing who’s responsible or what the next steps are to resolve them is often unclear, lost in a myriad of emails, Slack messages, attachments and Google Docs. So… we decided to change all that. We created a centralised platform laser-focused on helping people managers to acknowledge, categorise and action feedback from their team, with everything you need to understand, collaborate and resolve an issue in one place.
