The IDEAL School is one in which everyone builds together a healthy and positive environment, which enhances the development of each one. This is achieved through IDEAL relationships. Recent research indicates that the quality of our relationships is critical to our happiness. But what are IDEAL relationships? More than a stage for the absence of conflicts as friction between teachers, classmates, teachers and students, bullying and unproductive and debilitating situations that effectively diminish learning, is the empowerment of the Character Forces of self and of the other. Geniantis proposes the construction of these relationships from the concepts of positive psychology, based on the use of the 24 Character Forces, from the Hunger of Competence, Autonomy and Bond, and from modern studies on the functioning of our brain. From these concepts, Geniantis offers a system focused on teachers, coordinators, directors and employees, composed of Training and Improvement through the 24 Character Forces .
