Our company develops anti-bacteria surfaces for biomedical applications. We generate surface microstructures with regular patterns able to reduce bacteria adhesion and avoid at the same time the growth and formation of resistant colonies. Different from hydrophobic surfaces, superhydrophobic surfaces have shown a promising capability to reduce bacterial adhesion together with an easy removal of bacterial cells.
