About company

We are a growth-oriented limited partnership formed to own, operate and acquire liquefied natural gas, or “LNG”, carriers engaged in LNG transportation under long-term charters, which we define as charters of five full years or more. Our initial fleet of three LNG carriers, which has charter terms expiring in 2018 and 2019, was contributed to us by GasLog Ltd., which controls us through its ownership of our general partner and limited partner units. GasLog Ltd. was founded and is effectively controlled by its chairman, Peter G. Livanos, whose family’s shipping activities commenced more than 100 years ago.
