Gaiasoft OÜ (registry code 10112220) was established in 1990 When setting up their company, they set the goal of developing an accounting software that would suit the numerous established small companies at that time. Already in 1991 the first version came on the market accounting controls VERP (the name stands for A thunderstorm E -shops R for operation P idaja). In the following years the program was also suitable for medium-sized companies and state-funded institutions. In 1998, the program environment was changed to Windows, and all program modules were gradually updated. Currently, Gaiasoft OÜ offers you a modern working environment and a user-friendly accounting program, VERP 6.3, suitable for small and medium-sized companies as well as for non-profit organizations, foundations, apartment associations and state accounting companies. The program allows data exchange with both bank programs as well as e-tax, e-invoicing and e-government, as well as various sales systems (BUUM, Erply, Telema).
