Futurеtelebranch, a kiosk technology project. Our key product is a videoconference kiosk that enables the customer to receive a full customer service provided by a remotely located service agent. The range of services does not only include simple advice, but also package renewal or amendment, sim-card replacement, account top-up et cetera. The agent fully controls the kiosk functions remotely, without letting the customer to press buttons or learn how to use the equipment. Our project started in 2017, with an aim to create a breakthrough in customer service in telecoms through maximizing human contact between the customer and the service agent at a minimum cost. Since our launch we have produced 3 different editions of our product and are already piloting one of them with our first client in Ukraine.
