There are a handful of us that do this for the love of animals. An injured dog howling by the footpath, a bleeding cat all by herself waiting to die. A calf about to be taken from her mother, a parrot with clipped wings, unable to fly. Instances that ignite the motherly instincts, that we reach out to the unfortunate souls and bring them to well being. I, Nicola Joseph compassionate animal lover and budding musician have been attempting to develop a platform for animal care in India. Aimed at consolidating tips, medication, emergency services, and anything associated with animals! My story dates back to 2005, when one morning I woke to three beautiful kittens at the front door of my home in Santacruz. We named her Caillou (pronounced Kai-U, I didn't know the spelling until I first wrote it down either), after a popular television series, also my favourite at the time.
