FullCandidate, an employee verification platform, plans to implement Blockchain technology in their backend to give employers a more comprehensive look at their potential hires. The verification process begins with a self-filmed 30-second candidate video interviews, where they give the recruitment team a quick overview of themselves. Next, candidates credentials are verified. Their identity (government issued Id and Facial recognition), skills, education, employment history, certifications, and credentials are all verified and the assertions are added to their profile on the Blockchain. Because FullCandidate uses Blockchain technology once the candidate's credentials are verified they don’t need to be redundantly verified over and over again. This saves the candidate and their company hiring, a lot of time, money and resources.
