The firm manages two pools of ‘Minds’: analytical graduates or those in their early career with a consulting skillset, including the best 100 peer-nominated graduates at top 10 U.K. universities sourced through its ‘Ones to Watch’ scheme; and ex-strategy and management consultants. Freshminds was co-founded by Caroline Plumb and Charlie Osmond in 2000 and is based in London, United Kingdom.
