The IV bags are shipped sans water, thus: reduce the shipping cost; increase the product shelf life; reduce storage costs; and, reduces the risk of scrap due to leakage. Initial target is disaster relief org such as the Red Cross and Doctors without Border. They have patent pending on the technology.
