Forsway is a satellite systems designer focused on the creation of end-user low-cost hybrid satellite / terrestrial telecommunication terminals. Forsway's leadership in innovation responds to one key requirement: cost efficiency in the provision of broadband services to end users. Forsway coordinates the development of new products with the key players in the satellite and wireless industries (including the European Space Agency, some of the major Satellite Service Providers and Telco operators worldwide), applying the state of the art in technology to enable the generation of high tech / low cost end user terminals that can maximize the use of both satellite and terrestrial networks capacity: support for DVB-S2 waveforms (including VCM and ACM outbound modes, up to 16APSK demods), support for 3G WCDMA/HSPA (also GPRS/EDGE). Forsway’s mission remains to contribute in the bridging of the digital divide by applying maximum efficiency in the operation of hybrid terrestrial/satellite telecommunication networks.
