Formaldocs is a company based in Barcelona, ​​whose software allows the creation of personalized legal contracts, automatically, adapted to current legislation. To customize a contract, you must follow the following process: first, the user selects the type of template you want. Second, the user fills in the questionnaire fields and the software uses that information to generate the contract by adding all the clauses, previously written by a lawyer, necessary for the specific case. Finally, as a result, a perfectly written contract is obtained, customized and adapted to the current legislation.
