Footsteps Community Services is a for-purpose organisation founded to enable and empower people to maximise their quality of life and achieve their goals. We provide in-person disability support and mental health services in Brisbane, Logan, Toowoomba, Gold Coast, Scenic Rim, Ipswich and surrounding areas, and via telehealth services Australia-wide. Our services include therapy, counselling, positive behaviour support, NDIS support coordination, neurofeedback therapy, community nursing, continence assessments, allied health, and social work. We also provide employee assistance programs (EAP), professional supervision, and consulting services to other community services organisations.
