FlyFit helps prevent and offset common travel health risks by providing a healthy alternative before, after, and in-between flights during extended travel. They offer both instructor-led and interactive restorative yoga, strength, and cardio classes, in luxury state-of-the-art facilities. FlyFit is creating a space for fitness and community that has previously been lacking in airports. Their mission is to rejuvenate and revitalize the body and mind from the many stresses of travel.
