Fleyver is aiming to be a new recommendation application for alcoholic beverages, by taking into personal preferences of the individual and matching them to other users with similar tastes. Using extensive product data, the application can be used to navigate the exploding world of craft spirits, finding products that are similar, based on ingredients and production methods without having to read tasting notes, which can be often contradictory depending upon who has written them. The application will also provide an alternative to the numerical scoring system and writing traditional notes, about flavours and scents within the drink being consumed, making it more accessible to those who do not wish to sit and write notes or have limited knowledge of the product and feels uncomfortable sharing their experience.
