FIn Gourmet is a producer of wild-caught Asian Carp products. It makes large whole boneless fillets from the Silver Carp and an all-natural authentic Vietnamese fish tofu in ready to eat patties and nuggets. All its products are made from fresh, wild-caught Silver Carp with fresh ingredients, no MSG, and no chemicals or preservatives. Its mission and vision are that the Asian Carp provide economic opportunities for the communities, fostering jobs creation, and revitalizing the inland fishing industry. It was founded in 2010 and is headquartered in Paducah, Kentucky.
