Filaweb is a system that enables its users to manage their queues for better customer service. Through this system, a customer gets a message stating the estimated time they’d have to wait in the queue. Through this, they can avoid the need to stay in the queue and be back on the proper time. Filaweb also sends reminders to customers who checked-in at places to be back on time.
