Fighting Chance is a non-profit organization that improves the lives of young adults with physical disability in Australia. Through the creation of training programs and social businesses, Fighting Chance provides opportunities for social participation, employment, work experience, and skill development to young people with significant disabilities in its community. Since its launch, Fighting Chance Australia has gone on to raise over 1,000,000 U.S. dollars and established a number of programs and social enterprises, which provide opportunities to young adults with disability in Sydney. It was founded in 2009 by siblings Laura and Jordan O’Reilly and is headquartered in Sydney, New South Wales.
