From now, the recruiter start to receive a shortlist of highly qualified and available talents who have been already sourced and who are attracted by the company itself. Easier and safer for talents The Talent can subscribe in order to apply for a new job or just to be informed about opportunities he may get. As soon as his profile is filled, a Talents Manager from Fifty Talents will suggest him an appointment for an interview to validate his profile and to know in what kind of companies he would love to work. Then, he will be anonymously and directly pushed to his desired companies. Both the recruiter and the talent will only have to focus on what matter the most: The job interview.
