Field is the mobile-based labor marketplace where cannabis cultivators can find vetted trimmers, and other short term laborers, on-demand. It works as a "Trust Network"​ where users have their identities verified, but are represented on the platform anonymously through certifications, as well as reputational and relational credentials. Our goal is to enable employers to make confident hiring decisions without knowing any personal demographic information about the hire.
