We're on a mission to elevate all work to information work -- through an MS Office like bundle of software and services for non-desk teams. Its a large market, with 80% of the global workforce working in non-desk jobs. Their vision for the product is both software - scheduling, messaging, collaboration, time/work tracking, etc. and also financial services - like workmans comp insurance. They have an early beachhead with paying customers in a few niche categories. Their current customers perform service, maintenance and construction work. Most non-desk teams still use paper to track work in the field. This is a huge pain because it’s slow, inefficient, and time-consuming. They replace that with powerful mobile software that empowers teams with all the information they need to work in real-time and deliver a great service. Among other benefits, customers are saving 4 hrs/wk for each employee by replacing their paper-based systems with their software.
