Fenix Estates buys properties and refurbishes them to rent out or sell. Fenix Estates arised from the chronic shortage of housing supply in the UK. Their goal is to bring as many distressed and abandoned homes as possible back into use, a solution that is currently little explored and incentivised by the government.
