Falls Church Distillers is licensed in Virginia to be an active distiller. In addition to straight bourbon, the 3,400 square-foot family operation makes premium traditional gin, citrus-infused gin, and pineapple-flavored gin as well as regular and pepper vodka. The premises also has the unique arrangement of their own ABC on-premise store, where patrons can purchase bottles of spirits. Also on tap are local beers and a selection of Italian wines paired with small plates like antipasti, bruschetta, panini sandwiches and honey mascarpone fig gelato.
