Fashion Advance is a fashion jobs listing website using state-of-the-art technology. The platform streamlines the search and application process, saving time and money for both employers and job seekers. Applicants create profiles, upload resumes, and submit optional content (videos and photos) to potential employers. Employers post fashion related jobs as well as review resumes and optional content submitted by the applicants. By virtue of being developed specifically for the fashion industry, the platform is the perfect solution to apply for jobs, submit portfolios/lookbooks, present audition videos, as well as participate in an initial pre-interviewing process. The company was founded by entrepreneurs Kerry Bannigan, Arthur Mandel, and Corey Stanford. It was launched in May of 2015.
