FairCareMD.com is a free and open marketplace for healthcare services. It is free for doctors and patients that would like to meet and agree on prices that are fair to both. The site works via an auto-negotiation model similar to Priceline. We went freemium in 2012 when MedStartr started taking off and put the site into auto-adoption mode for providers too. Surprisingly it has only grown in utilization, revenue and deals. People use it every day and get and give great care for fair fees. While we are not currently spending much time on the project, we are interested in offers for this impressive start to a great idea that cuts the cost of care by over 40% on average and gets doctors paid better and faster than ever.
