EyesInEyes is a web portal that connects employers and job seekers together. The web portal allows its users to browse through profiles in order to select potential candidates and employers. It also provides its users with the facility to filter through parameters such as age, gender, length of services, former employments, and educational background. Once selected, they are able to communicate with each other through video conferencing. EyesInEyes was launched by Marina Kravetckaia and Andriy Zherebyatyev.
