Birthed in 1996 with the slogan "Silicon Valley Speed with Mid Western Values" Express Schools launched under the then crazy hypothesis that professionals could train faster, better, and for less money by taking classes online.Thanks to some good press, professional registration boards began to listen to their wild ideas, and by 1999 they were approved in a few pioneer states.
