Ewing Consulting, a sub S Corporation, was formed by William A. Ewing in 1980 after his successful consulting career with Ernst & Young and Hay Associates, both very large, prominent consulting firms. Mr. Ewing had the desire to put his own personal touch on the technical specialties he developed. He was especially attracted to the public sector focusing on standard, well-accepted human resources products and services such as classification and salary studies. He distinctively established services to assure clients’ needs were fulfilled with top quality, effective and responsive results without solely an emphasis on the bottom line.
