Ethidex Inc. was formed in 2004 as an independent company to acquire the successful Risk Manager Service business that had been built by the three founding principals at PricewaterhouseCoopers beginning in 1999.The secure hosting associated with Castlebreck and the Rogers Datacentre has continued to strengthen Ethidex's development as Canada's leading Governance, Risk and Compliance software solution. Ethidex acquired the Compliance Office software and continued to serve the established client base with the assistance of the three law firms that had helped develop the service from the outset:
