ELEKTROSYSTEM was founded in 1990 in Žilina. A year later, a branch in Brno is established, focusing on development activities. After splitting Czechoslovakia (1993), the company was divided into two legal entities: ELEKTROSYSTEM, sro in Žilina and ELEKTROSYSTEM, spol. s ro in Brno. Both subjects have one management and a common strategy. The key employees at the time of its foundation had experience with the implementation of dispatch management systems in the energy sector.
