Essteem hosts Equalithons, week-long, remote hackathons dedicated to tackling issues related to the intersectionality of gender and racial equality, as well as social and environmental challenges. Our Equalithon is the first virtual event of its kind connects tech companies to skilled women, BIPOC, LGBTQ, Latinx,tech talent to create inclusive work cultures. The week-long program brings together engineers, developers, data scientists, and technologists to build something amazing with sponsoring companies and find new solutions to equality challenges proposed in partnership with Nonprofit partners.
