Escape Alert is the world's first implantable chip for pets WITH GPS tracking. This product alerts pet owners if their pet has gone beyond an establisehd boundary and allow immediate tracking with GPS. Today's microchips cannot track lost pets & are of no use at all if the pet is never found. GPS collars need constant charging, are heavy & too big for small pets, have problems with reception & can strangle pets if they become tangled. Escape Alert's chip is implanted into the pet and the owner sets up a virtual boundary using proprietary software. The battery is powered "off" until activated manually to conserve energy. If the pet goes beyond the established boundary, the pet owner receives alerts via text & email. The software can be set so that others can get alerts too. Once the notifications are received, the pet owner manually powers the chip "on" thorugh the software & the pet's exact location is immediately tracked using GPS chip embedded in the microchip.
