It is a Media Agency formed in 1989 by four large groups of the North American advertising industry, LEO BURNETT GROUP, DMBB, YOUNG RUBICAM and GRAY GROUP. Fifteen years later, in the mid-2000s, these groups had built their media businesses with their own structure and were also absorbed by other groups. In 2006, the company's executives took control of it in a classic “management buy out”.
