Enoteca Maria is an Italian wine bar and restaurant located in the St. George section of Staten Island, New York. Each night a different Italian grandmother nonna) prepares a special menu of regional home-made recipes. The wine list is a carefully chosen selection of Italy's finest wines. The grandmothers use select herbs and vegetables from the Numina Garden located close to the restaurant--New York City's first biodynamic micro-farm.
