English Bay is a beautiful beach that is located in the heart of downtown Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada. It is west of the downtown peninsula separating the bay from Burrard Inlet. The lively West End neighborhood of Denman St. and Davie St. begin at English Bay, where on both streets you'll find a great variety of restaurants, cafes and shops. In 1983 they were one of the popular retail bakery outlets on Denman street. They have moved from the bakery to manufacturing plants but still kept the name as inspiration for the café that started their journey.
