Engendered supports the business case of gender equity through data intelligence and behaviour change. It designs scorecards that deep dive into diversity and culture initiatives and map these to productivity metrics. The company is driven by a mission to dismantle barriers for women at the workplace and in business by equipping them with customised solutions and assist governments to formulate prudent policies. Engendered was founded in 2019 and is headquartered in Bengaluru, Karnataka.
