"I attended Terri Werner’s plenary session, Effective Leadership in Challenging Times, at the Middle States Association of Collegiate Registrars and Officers of Admissions (MSACROA) conference on November 28, 2017. In my role as assistant dean for enrollment management and student success, it is often a challenge to accomplish goals without the involved stress or dissonance. This session provided me with helpful insights to channel my energy toward developing effective goals while decreasing resistance and dissonance. I particularly enjoyed Terri’s personable approach, charismatic character, and the opportunity to engage with other colleagues who share similar stories."
