Empower Interactive, Inc. was founded in 2009 with the vision of making evidence-based behavioral health solutions more accessible through digital means. Their flagship module, Good Days Ahead (GDA), teaches individuals specific coping skills for managing stress, anxiety and depression through an interactive e-learning application. Shifting the psycho-education elements of the therapy experience to the individual via Empower’s programs can free the clinician’s time for more individualized care and provide a stress-free, convenient experience for the individual to learn and practice key concepts. The companion mobile application, ReThink, offers streamlined access on the go.
