EmployerRap is an online network and rating site that encourages workplace transparency by allowing users to rate their employer corporations on a number of different issues. It provides three types of ratings: Employer company reviews, individual Boss reviews, and Stories and Advice. EmployerRap provides space not only for quantitative rankings and ratings, but also rumors, anecdotes, and personal experiences.
