Emergin was founded in 2008. The company's line of business includes providing computer programming services. The healthcare industry has been going through many mini evolutions over the last couple decades in part due to technological advances and new standards required by the government. As such, there has been a lot of push and pull as to what to implement, when it should be in place or whether to hold off until those in authority make a more definite decision.
