ementexx GmbH was founded in 2003 under the name SC-Data IT Services GmbH as a service provider dedicated to operating server systems. The restructuring of the SC-Data Group in 2010 led to the change of name and the formation of today’s ementexx GmbH. In 2012, they extended their product range to include transaction services. Financial and regulatory frameworks are increasingly intensifying the requirements placed on banking processes at companies and banks. In response, banks and companies are having to rethink their approach on the back of financial and economic crises, changes to regulations, increasing transaction volumes and synchronisation with the ISO20022 standard. Flexibility and efficiency in processing transactions has therefore become a decisive competitive factor for banks and companies – and precisely the reason they specialise in optimising banking processes.
