Elevate Physical Therapy was conceptualized and constructed by Manisha Patel MS PT, and Dr. Shivani Patel PT DPT, as a place for clients to receive experienced, 1:1 physical therapy care, in an environment that strives to cultivate and nurture healing. Elevate Physical Therapy believes in the education of our patients to self manage and treat their pain symptoms without requiring the need of a healthcare professional everytime pain occurs. Our physical therapists utilize dry needling as another alternative way to target & relieve pain areas without the use of medication. We also provide many other ways to manage and alleviate pain for our patients, and work with them to find the best path for their daily life.
